Traveling to Calgary was my first major trip anywhere out side of Ontario. As we were leaving WestJet started threatening to strike. Tracey was very quick to let us know of the on going situation. As we came to the end of our trip WestJet finally went on a Strike. Uncertain what would happen next Tracey was quick to let us know she was on top of everything and was watching our fight and checking to see if it had been canceled. Our flight got canceled the night before we were to fly out but Tracey was on it. She had already been in contact with WestJet and was working hard to arrange a new flight for us. With a short over night delay she had us on a flight home free of charge so grateful for everything she did to get us home.
